I found a neat work around for GHO files and Converter 3.0 It allows you to import GHO files with Converter 3.0. It takes 2 steps instead of 3. Create a VM with the settings that will support the ghost image. Boot the VM with a Ghost boot disk, or ISO that has the AMD PCInet Nic.
